Yes. All our projects are sold on a freehold basis, providing buyers with full long-term ownership of both the land and villa. Ownership is structured through a legal company framework for foreign buyers, with guidance provided by the Formline team and supporting legal advisors throughout the process.

Construction is typically completed within 14-16 months from commencement. Timing can vary depending on weather conditions, material availability and any buyer-requested design changes. Buyers receive weekly progress updates and are welcome to visit the site during the build.

Yes - for all our projects a complete furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) package is included within the villa price, ensuring each home is delivered fully functional and operationally ready from day one. An optional interior styling upgrade is also available - including artwork, soft furnishings and décor.

Payments are structured against clearly defined construction milestones - providing transparency and confidence at every stage. This milestone-based approach is designed specifically for overseas buyers and ensures funds are only released as construction progresses. Full payment schedule provided at reservation.
